Begin your journey through our simple on-screen virtual registration process. SHAiG™, our intelligent digital guide, walks you through the initial signup experience and helps ensure that each required step is completed correctly.
At the bottom of your welcome screen, you will find the platform download option. Select the button to proceed directly to the platform entrance, where the required software can be downloaded securely through your browser.
Once the platform has been downloaded, you may log in successfully. During your first entry, account activation will be required. An Administrative Officer will assist you through activation and provide step-by-step guidance for creating your first child account.
Complete the formal registration process with a one-time registration fee of JMD 12,500. This fee includes your child's initial diagnostic and psychological assessment, login credentials and one official Shar'ah School Shirt.
Following registration, a Technical Administrator will assist with the final configuration of your child's student account and learning environment. For security and account integrity, parents should not permit students to use the parent account.

Before a student can begin using the Shar'ah virtual learning environment, their device must be properly configured for Tsaphah™, our secure learning environment designed to create a focused, controlled and distraction-resistant virtual classroom.
Kiosk mode places the student's device into a controlled learning environment. During school, students use their dedicated school account rather than the parent's administrator account. This helps prevent access to unrelated applications, websites and system functions while school is in session.
Follow these steps to create a dedicated student account and configure Windows for Tsaphah™ kiosk mode.
Start the computer and sign in using the parent or administrator account. Do not perform the student setup from a standard student account.
Open Settings, then select:
Select Add account and create a separate Windows account for the student.
Sign out of the administrator account and sign into the newly created student account once. Allow Windows to complete its initial account setup.
Sign out of the student account and return to the parent/administrator account.
In Settings, search for "kiosk" or open the Assigned Access configuration under the account settings.
When Windows asks which account should use kiosk mode, select the dedicated student account you created earlier.
Select the application or browser environment specified by Shar'ah during your student onboarding process.
Complete the Assigned Access setup and restart the computer if Windows requests it.
Sign into the student account and launch the Shar'ah platform. Confirm that the student can access the school environment and that the intended restrictions are working correctly.
Create a separate student profile and configure the Mac so the student's school environment remains separate from the parent's administrator account.
Start the Mac and sign in using the parent's administrator account.
Select the Apple menu in the upper-left corner and open System Settings. Then select:
Select Add User and create a dedicated standard account for the student.
Use the student's name or another identifiable school-related name. Create a password known only to the parent or authorized administrator.
Log out of the administrator account and sign into the new student account once. Complete the initial macOS setup.
Return to the administrator account and open:
Select the student's account and enable the restrictions required for the Shar'ah learning environment.
Review application access and restrict applications that are not required for school activities.
Install and configure the Shar'ah platform according to the onboarding instructions provided by your Technical Administrator.
Sign into the student profile and test the platform, webcam, microphone, headset and internet connection before the first school session.
ChromeOS uses user profiles rather than traditional Windows-style accounts. The student's school profile must remain separate from the Chromebook owner's account.
Turn on the Chromebook and connect it to a reliable Wi-Fi network.
The first Google account registered on many Chromebooks becomes the device owner. This account should belong to the parent or authorized administrator.
Open the Chromebook menu and choose Sign out. Return to the Chromebook sign-in screen.
Select Add person or Add account, depending on the ChromeOS version, and sign in using the student's Shar'ah school credentials.
Follow the on-screen instructions and allow ChromeOS to finish creating the student's profile.
From the student profile, open the ChromeOS Settings application and review the available privacy and security settings.
Open Chrome and access the Shar'ah platform using the student's assigned credentials. Complete any platform setup requested by the Technical Administrator.
If your Chromebook is managed by Shar'ah or your organization's administrator, allow the required school policies and extensions to install.
Sign out and sign back into the student's profile. Confirm that the Shar'ah platform opens correctly and that required school tools are available.
Test the webcam, microphone, headset, internet connection and school platform before the student's first scheduled class.
